Very beautiful place to stay downtown! We came to Louisville for a concert at KFC YUM! And this was super convenient and just a short walk away. Very clean! It is a little hard to get to. There was a sold out show at the KFC center and cops had everything blocked off and they wouldn’t let me travel the way gps said to so that was a challenge. We didn’t get instructions before we left so I didn’t get a chance to go over them until we got there otherwise I would have had a better idea of what to do. But we got it figured it out! Obviously that didn’t reflect on the host, just want to mention that it can be a challenge to get to. Also, parking cost us 42.50 which we weren’t expecting. Host is great to communicate with and pretty responsive. Would stay here again!!

Difficulties checking in the lock system was malfunctioning and properly management worked on trying to resolve it several times, but still could not get it resolved ended up using a hard key for the rest of the day.

Pros: unit was clean, spacious, and you cannot beat the location, right in the center of Whiskey Row. A !Cons: communication was not great. Example, we were never told that we could load/unload/enter/exit from the back of the building - which was WAY easier and safer than the front. We figured it out for ourselves in time for departure, but other tenants told us they received that info in their checkin instructions. Also we were unable to open the door using the code provided, and stood in the hallway exchanging emails with the landlord for at least 15 minutes, 3 or 4 times at the beginning of our weeklong stay. Turns out we needed to press the checkmark on the keypad BEFORE entering the numbers--which, again, we were never told. They just kept saying to "enter the digits slowly and carefully," which was unhelpful. Again, we finally figured it out for ourselves, but standing in the hallway repeatedly was very frustrating, and could have been avoided with clearer instructions.
