This house has tons of parking, is within walking distance of a quaint downtown (antique shopping anyone?!), has in house laundry and a huge 3rd floor lounging room, is close to Letchworth and Stonybrook State Parks (as well as a gorgeous hidden gem, Al Lorenz Park, and the Mt Morris Dam both right up the road), is fully secured, and comes with a few air mattresses (and a handful of huge beanbags if the kids are so inclined) if the 3 bedrooms and pull out couch aren’t enough for your group. What else could you possibly need?! How about a huge closet in the master bedroom and an en suite with a tub, central heating and air, a big back yard, a ready to use kitchen with extra counter space on the island, 6 smart tvs (2 huge ones in the pool room alongside some other great things to do when you aren’t swimming),  and even an EV charger!
