Nice, clean property, not over flowing with Disney decor which we appreciated. Small hiccup during check in that was quickly resolved. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. (Dishwasher was full of clean dishes which we didnt realize until a few days in, no biggie). Only small thing is the wooden stairs are super squeaky. Not a deal breaker for us, but maybe for others if your group has late sleepers! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent

Our family of 8 stayed for two nights. We arrived early and were able to retrieve the pool passes ahead of checking into the house. The rooms are updated and all of the beds are very comfortable. The master suite even has a soaking tub...the best after a long day at Disney! We had a small hiccup when checking into the front desk, but the host responded immediately. Overall fantastic experience! We will be back!

Very satisfied with our stay

I took my son's and daughter's family with us to celebrate their mother's birthday, thus I had to rent two units at Regal Palms. Fortunately, there was no comparison. This unit was clean, well appointed, with a notebook of instructions, a basket of snacks, with soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. all provided. The other unit had none of that. We did have some issues getting in the unit but the property manager dealt with that promptly and gave us another door code to gain access. Overall, very pleased with our stay!
