This spacious boho-inspired home—plus private rooftop terrace—offers plush comfort and is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the best city in the world.
If you want to be in the absolute heart of Wicker Park, this is the place to be!
Step outside your door for restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping, and music venues. Bus and Blue Line "L" literally steps away.
Open concept living / dining / kitchen leading out to a massive rooftop terrace.
Guest access:
Complete Apartment. Located on second floor of two-story building (no elevator).
Keyless entry allows you to check in at your leisure.
Security Camera at top of stairs and outside the terrace by the black gate. Access to the black gate and steps is prohibited.
PLEASE NOTE - We are located right on the main strip of Wicker Park. If you have concerns with city sounds, we provide a sound machine. The train sound is faint and relaxing. You will hear this throughout the neighborhood. Building is well insulated but we will provide a sound machine for light sleepers.
- No elevator, 1 flight of stairs
- Good times are allowed but ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! Any groups looking to use the property for a party are prohibited and reservation can be canceled.
- NO SMOKING in the property including rooftop terrace- will be charged a remediation fee of $500+ if odor discovered. If you wish to smoke, please do so out front.
- NO OUTDOOR SHOES, slippers are provided for your comfort.
- We require the names of all adult guests to be added to the booking before checking in.
For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
Be in Millenium Park / Loop in less than 20 minutes by train, 10 minutes by car.
