Excellent communication w/host and room was just as expected. Great view, family friendly, w/large pool kids loved. Arrived and room had some stocked toiletries, sunscreen etc. we forgot along w/some snacks, water and beverages to get the week started before running out to get groceries for the week.

The host was good. The furniture in the living room is a day bed, which is not comfortable to sit on, instead of a couch. There is a chair in the bedroom but the legs are not very stable, wouldn’t recommend sitting in it. Instructions on how to access the tv would be helpful. Overall it is a nice place just needs a few updates.

One of the cleanest condo ever. It is very well designed and more spacious than I thought it would be. We love the area too.

The tub, liner and shower liner had mold. I cleaned the tub with bleach (it was black,) I replaced the shower liner and the tub liner. The place had a ton of dust everywhere. It is in big need of a good cleaning. There was dead bugs and cob webs. I did let the manager know so hopefully they did a deep clean.
