Tucked away in the heart of the Laurentians, this cozy chalet invites you to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature.



Whether you're planning a family getaway, a friends’ retreat, or a romantic escape, every moment spent here promises peace, comfort, and lasting memories.



The Space:

Located in La Minerve, near Lake Chapleau and surrounded by lush forest, this charming chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.



Thoughtfully designed and warmly decorated, it features:



🛏️ 3 cozy bedrooms

🛁 2 full bathrooms

🛋️ A welcoming living room

🍳 A fully equipped kitchen

🍽️ A bright dining area



Outside, you can enjoy a private four-season hot tub, a fire pit area, a balcony/deck with a BBQ, and, depending on the season, access to a lake that’s perfect for swimming or water sports. Please note that we do not provide firewood.



🌊 Please note: lake access is not directly on the property — you’ll need to walk a few minutes by crossing the main road to get there.

Once there, you can take advantage of two blue kayaks available for your use.

The paddles are stored inside the chalet — please remember to put them back after use. These boats are shared among the guests of the property in a spirit of friendliness and community.



** Please note that the volleyball net and kayaks are available between June 1st and October 1st.**



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire chalet, including the yard and all outdoor amenities.

Upstairs: additional bedrooms and bathroom

Basement (if applicable): game room / lounge area / laundry room

The chalet is ideally located in La Minerve, a peaceful region known for its natural beauty and outdoor adventures. Nearby, you can enjoy:



- Hiking and snowshoeing trails

- Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding on the lake (Boat launching is not permitted on Lake La Minerve.)

- Snowmobile and ATV trails (easily accessible)

- Wildlife watching and scenic nature outings

- In winter: skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing, and ice skating nearby

Even while surrounded by nature, you’re close to all the essentials:



- Grocery store: Marché Tradition La Minerve (7 min)

- Convenience store & gas: Ultramar (6 min)

- Pharmacy: Familiprix Labelle (20 min)

- SAQ Express: Available at the local grocery store

- Restaurants & cafés: Local spots to discover nearby



Other Things to Note:

To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, please take note of the following:



- Loud parties are not permitted

- Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet

- Pets are not allowed (unless otherwise stated)

- Guests are expected to respect the neighborhood at all times

- A rental agreement and security deposit may be required prior to arrival
