Family of four

Our family really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was great to come back from a full day of skiing and relax in the wonderful living room with the fireplace. We all loved the media center. The fully equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location was excellent. It was a short drive to both Deer Valley and to downtown Park City. The host was very nice and welcoming.

Everything was clean, but there was paperwork and cluttered desk in main living area that was kind of odd. No manual in counter to explain complex entertainment center even though welcome letter stated there would be. Location very convenient however and price very reasonable

Would have been great if amenities worked

The actual property is beautiful, however the hot tub, internet, TV and fire place didn't work the entire time we were there. It took over 24 hours for the owner to respond to our initial request (after repeated messages) and nothing was fixed while we were there. I had to ask for a partial refund and the initial amount was very minimal, so much so that I felt compelled to ask for more, and then still had to negotiate up from there. In the end we were refunded about a night for a four night stay, but it didn't feel like he was trying to make it right. It was especially odd because the welcome letter stressed how much they wanted us to have a great stay and to contact them immediately if anything was wrong because they are dependent on reviews. For that reason I wouldn't recommend staying here. If we'd been in a hotel they probably would have paid for our stay.

We stayed here over Christmas and couldn't have had a better time. Mick was gracious and helped us get settled in. Kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook an amazing Christmas dinner

Great little townhouse in a great location

We had a great stay in this townhouse. It was in a good location and they were plenty of places to go walking and hang out in the neighbourhood when we were at the house. It was comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. The beds were especially comfortable! And the hot tub was brand-new and clean and worked wonderfully. As one other reviewer said, it is not really the owner's vacation house, it is his real house and you are staying in it for a week. A little awkward at first but we got over it quickly and made ourselves at home. He was friendly and cared about our stay. I would not recommend it for children under the age of five because there are his personal items that they could "get into" that you'd want to respectfully want to keep them out of, but that was not an issue for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent MTB Trip to Park city

The place is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice. The common area is great, and if you love coffee, Mick has got that completely covered. The place has plenty for room and is clean. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, and like most things in park city, 10 minutes will get you anywhere you need to be. I had a great time Mountain Biking in Park City, and would definitely come back.

Certainly upscale !

The condo was certainly well done, with very upscale details, and everything you could possibly need. Even had a a top of the line espresso maker (seemed like being at Starbucks). Everything was super clean, and close to everything. Never even had to get in the car, everything was close enough to walk, or the FREE bus was very close. Cant wait to go back...

Loved the Amazing Park City Home with Hot Tub!

My experience with Mick was great - the place is really modern, neat and cozy, the bed is spacious and very comfortable, his kitchen is very high tech and has everything one might need, with thorough instructions. But my favorite, of course, was the hot tub, which is right outside the guest bedroom and is always ready for you - there are even bathrobes in the closet of the bedroom. Mick is a great host, and has plenty of advice for outdoors activities lovers. He also has a bunch of discounts for his guests, I used one for the shuttle from Salt Lake City airport, which was very handy. I strongly recommend his place and would definitely stay with Mick again!

stylish condo in prime PC location

We stayed here on a recent ski trip in Park City. The condo is stylishly decorated, suuuuper close to the mountains, and the hot tub and grill are spot on for a great group ski trip! There is plenty of sleeping space for all kinds of sleeping arrangements, and the living room (plus HUGE flat screen) was perfect for post-skiing March Madness watching. I think my favorite part was the FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN! In most rental properties I've stayed at, you'll get half a knife set, two small pots, and 6 mismatched plates. This condo had a full set of flatware and silverware, along with tons of awesome cooking accessories. I highly recommend staying here on your next ski trip!

Stylish and Warm Home Away From Home

We stayed there during Sundance Festival and found it to be the best possible "home away from home" experience! Beautifully laid out two story house with stylish decor, incredible views, a great fireplace (not to mention the amazing hot tub!) to keep you warm on those very cold winter nights, stocked kitchen, spacious rooms and all the amenities your heart might desire- everything is there and made available to you with no restrictions. Beds were very comfortable and the big flat screen TV and its amazing sound system the perfect way to end a full day of skying and festival activities! The other great thing about this place was how easy it was to get to anywhere in Park City since the shuttle stop was just around the corner. This way, we were happy to be in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, but only minutes away from all the action Downtown. We got to meet our host and found him charming and hospitable( the coffee he makes is the best!) and also a great resource to us, as first time visitors of the area. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us and rest assured that we cannot wait to come back to Park City and stay at Chatham Crossing.

Piece of paradise

So nice to arrive and find such a well appointed space. My favorite amenity was the hot tub (right off the bedroom), although nothing seems to have gone unnoticed for comfort and relaxation, right down to an incredible tv and surround sound system. The location was just at the edge of the free bus line that took us right to the slopes, so we returned to solitude and relaxation after a great day on the slopes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic get-a-way.

Fabulous place to stay in Park City!!

This place was the perfect space. Very responsive and called me back instantly when I emailed or text. His place has all the amenities and some, fully stocked kitchen, food & drinks to share (check in before you grocery shop). If you like coffee you're covered here, choose from the french press, coffee maker or fancy espresso machine. Living space was great, living room couch is so comfortable, beautiful south facing view of the Canyons-Park City. Large flat screen with cable TV, music, movies and more all free! The bed was very comfortable and outside our bedroom was the hot tub where we relaxed right after a hard days work on the slopes. Great yet quiet neighborhood, neighbors are all locals and very friendly, no through traffic on the road. Epic running/hiking/biking trails surround the place, hiked up PC hill and did a loop in the foothills directly behind the place. Plan on staying again anytime I go back to Park City, thanks!

Great Condo in Park City

Very nice place! Close to town, close to lots of outdoor activities and a short scenic drive from Salt Lake City airport. The hot tub was nice to come back to after riding and hiking all day. Looking forward to getting back there soon! Next time it will be for paragliding training. Can't wait!

Great condo, great location, fabulous time!

Don't let the record high temps fool you, there is still good snow at both the Canyons and Park City and good skiing. The condo was very comfortable for our family of four and my teens enjoyed spreading out on the queen bunk beds! The master king bed was so comfortable! This was our first trip to Utah and Park City and we had a great time. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the condo was exactly as described. After a long day of skiing we appreciated the big sectional couch and huge TV- like being in a theater. My kids now think we need a bigger TV at home! Since we were there over Presidents Day weekend, we avoided eating in the downtown area close to the slopes. We would recommend Squatters Roadhouse and Loco Lizard to eat out. They are both reasonably priced and the food at Squatters brought us back a second night. You can easily drive to the slopes and park which seemed much easier than trying to ride the shuttle-which has a stop close by the condo, but it really isn't necessary. Parking during busy times downtown can be difficult until you realize that there are public parking garages one street over! So easy! The condo also has a nice view of some of the Canyons ski resort. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone coming to the area, you will not be disappointed!

Great location and upscale!

Really enjoyed this condo for the views, comfort, upscale nature, and amenities. I was able to relax in the living space and hot tub while getting a great rest from the comfortable bed. The kitchen was also very convenient and nice to use. The host was accommodating and made everything enjoyable.

Happiest Place to Grow

I am a young girl whom had one of the greatest adventures ever. The condo was fun and comfortable. I was able to freely go biking, walking, exploring right outside the condo in front and the back yard leads to other trails that all entwine throughout the area. It was a luxury to have a big screen TV, hot tub, and comfortable beds. I can not wait to return to this mountain side paradise. It is inspiring and fun.
