This home, perfect for one family or 4 Adults, NO Groups, is 5 minutes to private Bay Beach- access with entry key cards, incredible sunsets from beach that also has a BBQ area, house has 2 bedrooms/1bath, beautiful kitchen, all Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, all wood floors, Central A/C, located on lovely, shaded 1/2 acre, 5 minutes to Farmers Market on Saturdays, small stores for quick items, quiet family area but
still only 10 minutes to either East Hampton, Amagansett and the Ocean Beaches.
Pictures show personal items around, they will be removed for the rental-
