We have stayed in 6 Storey Lake vacation homes. Although all were great homes this one presents at the top of the class.

Our experience here was great and house was exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed was there and enough space for everyone. Excellent communication! Early check in and lake check out was available. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing we have complaints about was the gate entrance codes that never worked.

This was my second time staying in this vacation home community, although at a different home. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, I was disappointed that the listing stated each bedroom had a private bathroom, which was not accurate. One bedroom did not have a private bath, and two bedrooms shared a bathroom. I would also recommend bringing your own washcloths, as only a limited number were provided. The biggest issue involved a stroller I rented through BabyQuip. The stroller was delivered before our arrival, and I received photo confirmation showing it at the property. When we arrived, it was missing. I contacted both BabyQuip and property management. Despite the property having a Ring camera, I was told there was nothing they could do and that the footage could not be reviewed.Thankfully, BabyQuip quickly provided a replacement stroller. Later, a service technician who came to address another issue showed us on his phone that the stroller had been at the property and appeared to have been taken by someone. Unfortunately, despite multiple messages, we were unable to get additional assistance from the host in locating the item. The home itself was lovely, but the inaccurate listing details and lack of support regarding the missing stroller negatively impacted our stay.

My stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The communication with property management was smooth and efficient. The house was cleaned to perfection. I definitely recommend this home for your family vacation. The location was perfect, close to water parks, shopping, Sam’s, Walmart, and several restaurants!!!!!The house was equipped with any appliance needed.I will definitely stay there again!!!!5 stars!!!!
