I loved this beach house! The price great, location, and quality of this stay was amazing. The only reason I am taking off a star is that I could not find sheets for the pull out couch and there were no hand towels in the half bathroom on the top floor. Other than that, it was perfect. Also, there were beach chairs, towels, a wagon, and some beach toys. It does not list that there are any of those on Vrbo. But that is not a complaint! I was scared at first because there were no reviews on here when I booked it, but it was my favorite place I have stayed!

Great Stay

Was a great location, right across street from beach. Place was as shown and clean. We really enjoyed it. However, there was absolutely no additional parking for more than 2 vehiclesā€¦not even on street or public parking or anythingā€¦which made our familyā€™s journey there a little tricky. When we arrived, we realized the fridge wasnā€™t chilling. That meant a visit back to grocery store for dry ice to preserve the 400 in groceries we had just purchased. Apparently there were issues with it before we even arrived, and although they came in the unit (without calling us first, as requested) to fix (the following afternoon), we arrived back to a lot of water on the floor. When I called, they said that was normal. So we ended up having a puddle on the floor for the next 5 days, which I did not love at all.Further, since trash pick up is on Friday, the can was full from past tenants so we were cramming trash in (and unfortunately around) bins for the whole week. Really need to provide an additional can for a home that holds 10 people. Itā€™s really miserable to have to manage trash like that (and flies, etc), even when you are conscientious and very clean and tidy as a renter.All in all, we had a lovely stay. I just wish the fridge situation had been solved more resolutely, and that repair people had complied with my wishes, since we had teen aged girls in there.

We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication with our maintenance technician and the inconvenience with the refrigerator repair. Weā€™ll explore adding extra trash service or another can for larger groups. Parking is unfortunately limited to two vehicles in the driveway, though the city does offer overflow parking locations elsewhere for additional vehicles. We truly appreciate your helpful feedback as we work to improve the guest experience, and we hope to welcome you back under better circumstances.
