Casa Marichelo has been completely redesigned and renovated by architect Milo Aguilar, into a contemporary Mexican-style décor with a dual purpose, maintaining the Mexican heritage while making your stay pleasant, comfortable and fun. The condo has amazing views that are intimate, enjoyable and surprising all day. The condo is perfect for entertaining friends and family.

Located close to Playa los Muertos beach, restaurants and shops at Zona Romantica, El Malecon (walking pier) and town, the property offers guests a great opportunity to interact with locals and tourists and attend seasonal events

This 1,800 sf, two bedroom, two and a half bathroom casa has an extensive terrace off the master bedroom and living area. It is a perfect fit for anyone with refined taste either for a short or long term rental. Entertaining and enjoying the views were in the forefront when designing and renovating this casa.

The kitchen is equipped with all new energy efficient stainless steel appliances, electric oven, Capresso coffee maker and all the utensils that will bring out the chef in you and allow you to enjoy cooking.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed and is exquisitely decorated with hand painted Mexican tiles, Venetian plaster, indirect dimmable LED lighting and equipped with a fan, air-conditioning and surround sound system. Moreover, the direct access to the terrace provides unbelievable views. The master bathroom sliding doors that open up to expose the large walk-in shower and beautiful custom hand-made wood carvings by a local artist.

The second bedroom is a perfect area for relaxation. Its decoration is fresh, elegant and also equipped with fan, air conditioning and surrounds sound system. The bathroom is spacious and perfect for an enjoyable stay

The Terrace : Two hundred and ninety square feet of views, breezes, colors and nature sounds, native plants and flowers are more than enough to make our guests want to relax and enjoy. There is also the option to sunbath and enjoy the views at the common pool area.
