POOL
We have a premium pool pass so guests can use the community pool for FREE. It is located at the Family Entertainment Center where there is also mini golf, go-karts, bumper cars, and an ice cream and hot dog stand.

PARKING
Paved roads lead up the mountain to Woodland Haven and you will have parking for up to 4-5 vehicles.

Our driveway is steep so AWD or 4WD may be required in inclement weather. There is enough parking in the driveway to accommodate up to 3-4 cars on the flat area in front of the house and a 5th on the incline if you'd like.

Street parking is prohibited unless ALL FOUR tires are off the pavement. Parking across the street is prohibited, that is our neighbor's private property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Massanutten Resort Community Rules:
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

TRASH
- All trash must be taken out with you and to the Community Trash drop-off located in the parking lot of the MPOA swimming pool. Feel free to drop trash there throughout your stay as needed.
- Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 (take the 3rd left after you turn onto Peak Dr and see the sign that says "Household Waste")
- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property

PARKING
- Warning - The driveway leading up to the house is STEEP. AWD or 4WD may be required in inclement weather.
- Keep all tires off the road
- Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host

NOISE
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Keep noise indoors during these hours
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents

OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires
- No unattended fires
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions

ALCOHOL
- No open containers on roads or in common areas

PETS
- We love adorable animals but unfortunately no pets are allowed at this home
