Aqua Unit 704** Beginning January 1, 2021, Aqua Resort will begin to charge $50 per vehicle for parking for your stay. Each unit may purchase 2 passes. You will register online and print your parking pass prior to your arrival. Registration can be completed at aquaparking.net

This 7th floor condo is a spacious 1283 sq. ft. It has been updated with new tile flooring throughout the living area . New, quality blackout drapes were installed and other interior design updates were made as well as new living room furniture as well as kitchen appliances. ***Only rents from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Breaks and Summer. Be our guest on your next vacation experience at this beautiful resort property, located in the beautiful Pier Park area of Panama City Beach, Florida!

Last minute long weekend stay

Great vacation

This is the first condo that I have felt that I could walk around without shoes on because it was so clean!! The only thing that I would suggest is getting a new couch and love seat and then it would be the best condo around!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Balcony ar property was closed for maintenance, starting Sunday 2/18/24 8am to 5pm, hammering, sanding and grinding work on our section was being done. This continued all week, the sound was deafening and we could not even talk to each other. If we had known prior about this we would have stayed somewhere else.

Amazing condo!

We have been to pcb a few times and this room has overall been the best so far. The pictures are very accurate. The condo is very clean. Smells good. Very spacious. The owner quickly responded to any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation at the Aqua! We had 6 teen girls with us and the location of the condo was very convenient for them. They were able to walk to pier park for shopping, walk the pier for sunset photos, and go to many gift shops near the condo. Wal-Mart is less than 1 mile and we walked to dinner each night, restaurants were within a 15 minute walk. Joey was amazingly responsive with all questions and concerns. Our last night there we had an issue with the AC it was late night and I messaged him not really expecting a response because of the time, he responded within 15 minutes and gave us a suggestion on what we could try and we were able to get the AC issue taken care of. The condo is very roomy and accommodated our family well. I would highly recommend this unit!

Spacious Condo with a view

Great view, plenty of space. Does need some housekeeping done. Advised owner mold on 2nd bath shower curtain, master bath shower door doesn’t stay closed. Condo needs a good dusting. Needs a can opener, keurig coffee pot, more kitchen utensils. Include 2 beach chairs would be a great selling point.

Property needs a good cleaning. Mounting holes in walls, need repair and painting. Mouse poison found on balcony. Stains (blood?) found on curtains. Couches and master bed needs to be replaced (very uncomfortable).

The conda was clean and well furnished. The owner would answer within minutes of me emailing him. I loved the location. It was close to all the places I like to eat at and close to pier park. I will definitely stay here again.

The property looks exactly as this listing. I enjoyed that the property was spacious. The view was amazing and my favorite part. Some of the was outdated and needs to be replaced but the spot was cool and near everything. I love the fact of the washer and dryer.

Mother/daughter(s) Weekend Getaway

The property was exactly as listed. Communication with the owner was prompt and positive. The only “issue” I experienced was with parking. I forgot to leave the paper in my window (oops) and they gave me a warning. They also noticed the door that my car was opened and instead of contacting me by phone or email (which had to be entered to pay for parking), they just left a note on the warning to make sure my vehicle was secured in the future. Would have been easy to contact me instead of leaving it open all night. Otherwise excellent stay.
