Host was responsive to any needs we had which was greatly appreciated. We had a 4 generation family get-to-gather, so having digital entry locks was a huge plus as not everyone wanted to visit the same attractions, so not having to manage who would be in charge of a house key was amazing.

Disliked: Communication
Property was overall ok. The host did not have a welcome basket/gift as stated in the guest portal. Host required you to pay for extra damage coverage after you’ve booked the property. Host cancelled booking after one night of 1 noise compliant during quiet hours before the complaint could be resolved the next day. Horrible stay. Too many unforeseen fees once property is booked. Side door was unlocked and should’ve been locked because front door has a keypad with a key code specific to your booking.

Miguel's communication was excellent and he was readily available for any questions. The home is located in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We could easily bicycle or walk anywhere. The home was clean and comfortable.

We were not able to walk to town do to tbe colder weather but if it was warmer we would have done it everyday. House was clean and we had no problems. Host was in contact and made sure we did not need anything.
