Welcome to Louisville, KY, home of bourbon and horse racing! Enjoy a stylish and comfortable stay centrally located to museums, bourbon experiences, the famous Churchill Downs, and many amazing restaurants and bars.

This second level condo features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that opens into the living room where you can relax on the sofa and watch television. Down the hall, you will find a modern bathroom that includes plush towels and toiletries. You are then welcomed to retire in the bedroom that includes a king-size bed with soft linens and all the comforts for a restful stay. The condo can sleep up to four guests (1 king size bed and 1 full size air mattress). The entire condo is equipped with automated features including voice control, motorized window treatments, and lighting and touch screen control.
