The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Leave key back into the Keysafes in 2 drawers of Black Cabinet in the Kitchen for us whenever you check-out.
-Turn off all electronic (Central AC/Heater, Oven)
-Put back furniture to original place.
- Wash dishes and put them back in cabinet
- For the house door, you only need to touch YALE symbol either the Front Door or the Back Door, it will automatically locked.
- Gather used blankets or towels in shared bath washing machine or sink, EXTRA fee will be charged if they are super smell or dirty
-Lock Black Gate to exit property, switch door lock to the LEFT

Great for work or vacation!
