The apartment was clean and smelled fresh during our stay. Clean bedding and towels, and everything you'd need for a stay away from home. I was expecting it to be noisy because of how big the complex is, but it was surprisingly very quiet. I loved the peace and quiet of the whole apartment and complex. We parked our car the first night and made use of uber to go out the rest of the time, or just walked to the restaurant.

Excellent stay. Beautifully appointed two bedroom two bath condo with lake and pool views. Absolutely zero complaints except for the fob system the building uses and only being supplied one fob, meant for a lot of strategic planning with two couples as there are multiple access points that require the fob. Great security, and there is the ability to use the outside intercom to be let in - but fairly inconvenient if one person wants to go to the pool. The others can’t access or even take out the garbage without the person coming back up. No flexibility on early check in before 4pm. Other than that I would highly recommend!

So this is a property that gets both 5 stars and zero stars... the unit itself is very nice - well equipped with dishes, pots, pans etc.. a wine fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The mattresses weren't the most comfy but that is often a personal choice (too soft for us). The underground parking was a bonus - and a nice location with great pools and pool areas including fire pits and BBQs. The gym is top notch. The zero stars relates to the online check-in required the day before - none of the links provided were active; spent over an hour trying to check in and gave up. Nor was the QR code for the unit guide active. At the unit, only one set of keys - so if you are there with someone else it is a challenge - technically the other person can use the outside door monitor to call for assistance; but the system was not always working (and no notification of this) so meant having to get the other person to return to let me in; plus when you use that system you only have 90 seconds to get through two doors, get to the elevator, call the elevator, wait for the elevator and jump in and push your floor. Not easy if you have any mobility issues. If you don't want to drive downtown and find parking, the bus stop is just at the end of the block and runs every half hour. 3 a trip. So, good location, nice place but the logistics would make me not rent at this place again.
