Escape to the famous “sugar sand” beaches and Emerald Coast waters of Destin, Florida!
Condo #303 New Property at Chateau La Mer II is a short walk away from our private beach and offers a quiet retreat when you want to get away from it all.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our Tennis Court Reconstruction will begin the 3rd week of October 2026.

Beautifully renovated and furnished with new living and dining room furniture, new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, new paint throughout the condo and more. 
This unit overlooks the seasonally heated pool (When temperatures allow it to be effective) and is close to pickleball/tennis courts.
Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan offer a spacious comfortable feel
Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals
Living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch a movie after spending a day at the beach
Large master bedroom has a king-size bed & plenty of closet space with a master bath
Large guest room equipped with bunk beds and a separate Queen bed as well.

Maximum Occupancy 6
Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels
Just a short walk to Captain Dave's & Kenny D's
If you are looking for golf and gulf, #303 is a short drive from Destin's finest courses

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

We had a great time here. The unit was clean and Richard was very friendly and attentive. We were able to add an extra night last minute since they didn’t have another guest coming in the following day, which really helped us out when someone in our group was having car trouble. The beach was beautiful and the walk to it was easy. The amenities around the condo are great, with shopping nearby and restaurants within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and then some (loved the puzzles and games in the coffee table). We would definitely stay here again!

Great communication from property manager throughout entire process - before arrival, during stay, and after departure. Well appointed accommodations and space for family to chill. Short walk to beach/ocean and even shorter walk to pool and pickleball courts. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This was a great property. My family of four stayed here during an extended weekend and on the whole were happy with it. Stove, fridge and all other appliances worked as they were supposed to. AC worked and kept us comfortable though it was not very hot outside. There is a nice grill in the yard that we used. There is supposed to be a washer and dryer but it is inside a door with outside access and as we did not require the use of them we didn't see them. The TVs were logged into Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc so there is no need to bring a streaming stick or to login with your personal account. The property is across the street from the beach and guests have access to a private beach just a few minutes walk away. Don't count on a wagon for carrying items to the beach as there are 3 flights of steps from the road to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Place was everything it was advertised as. Clean, roomy and a close walk to the beach. However I have to shave off a point and really a point and a half for the bug spraying that took place during our stay. Got a note on the door saying some time between 10 am and 4 pm (a six hour window) a guy would be by to spray inside the unit we were staying in. I called and asked if they could not spray during our stay and was told I will see what I can do which basically meant piss off there is nothing you can do about this. I find this unacceptable we paid to stay in the unit, you already can’t check in until 4 pm but you have to be out by 10 am the day you leave and now I have a six hour window where we can’t be in the unit during my stay. I don’t know I think maybe you spray during that six hours you have to clean a unit that at best would take 2 hrs to clean from top to bottom. I’m sure this don’t happen every time but damn I paid my money just like anyone else. Probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of this and that’s a shame be we loved the area. The owner needs to plan better in my opinion.
