Why they chose this property
This is a quaint quiet block. It’s a hidden gem in south philly. Most of neighbors have been there for a long time and care about their homes and community.
What makes this property unique
It contains two semi identical units with an outdoor porch. My guests really enjoy the studio. It’s conveniently 12 minutes from the airport and the stadiums.
