The home was very clean, decorated nicely and in a great family neighborhood. We were there for a work trip so nice to have parking in the driveway for our big van. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definately stay here again.

The home was just what we needed. Troy was very nice and helpful. It was updated and clean. The neighborhood was family oriented and quiet yet it was close to everything.We were there for 2 weeks, I enjoyed having the back screened in porch. Would definitely stay again

The house was great. Everything was as advertised. However. There was a TV missing in one of the bedrooms after being damaged by the previous renter. Quiet neighborhood, but it is by an Air Force base so the jets can be loud at times.

When I first found this home in South Tampa, I knew right away it was special. The neighborhood has a mix of charm and convenience that you don’t always find in the city. It’s quiet enough to feel like a retreat, but you’re only minutes away from some of Tampa’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and local favorites.

The house itself is cozy, comfortable, and set up to feel like a true home-away-from-home. Guests love relaxing on the screened patio with a morning coffee or winding down in the backyard after a busy day exploring. Inside, everything is simple, modern, and easy.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it’s right in the middle of everything. You can hop over to Bayshore Boulevard for a walk along the water, check out downtown and the Riverwalk, or drive over the bridge to St. Pete’s beaches. MacDill Air Force Base is right around the corner, and Tampa International Airport is a quick trip too. It’s the kind of spot where you can do as much—or as little—as you want.
