Our stay at James’ Vrbo was a wonderful experience. The house was pristine and the master suite was heavenly. The kitchen was also easy to cook and gather together in. The backyard is ready for small children, our 6 and under grandchildren had a blast in the play area. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to shops and restaurants, which we appreciated. I also appreciate that James made the visit seem personal with his messaging and his responses when I had questions.We would love to come back and stay for a month, it was that nice!

Overall, the property is nicely updated. Great backyard for the kiddos. The master suite was awesome. Only recommendation would be to add more things to the kitchen, such as kitchen towels, mixing bowls, cheese grater, etc… all minor things in the grand scheme of things. This place was great!

The stay was amazing. The house was impressive. Plenty of linen. The beds were soft and one of a kind. There were a couple of outside bugs that were inside that we had to kill but no big deal. Could not get the outside lights to work and ice maker on fridge did not work. The only suggestion I would give is to provide a bbq grill in backyard. There were plenty of games and toys provided for families. Nice touch with the fire pit. Nice neighborhood. Host fast very responsive. I would definitely stay again and recommend!!! The place was just beautiful

This was an absolutely beautiful property and our stay was wonderful. The updates done throughout the house were exceptional. The kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed, from coffee and tea, to cooking meals. Every room was welcoming and well-sized. The outside area is an oasis and has so much space. We spent SO much time outside, enjoying the weather, the comfortable accommodations, and cornhole. We can't say enough about the place. Simply wonderful. And James was such an attentive Host. We have never had so much concern for our stay/comfort--such a compassionate Host!!

I would highly recommend this place! The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were so comfortable to the point I was checking tags to see if I could get the bedding for home! The host made it clear he was available for any problems however we had none at all. It’s great with or without kids, the play area was amazing and my niece loved it but there is also a great area for the adults to have fun as well. The check out was the best I have had, they didn’t ask us to do a million chores before leaving like I have experienced in the past. Again I highly recommend it and would/will use it again for future visits.

We traveled with my husband, our two toddlers, my parents, and my brother, and we had such a wonderful stay. The home was extremely clean and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the bathrooms (motion-sensor trash cans and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided). Everything we could possibly need for our toddlers was provided. There were books, games, a step stool, a potty seat, stuffies on the beds, and even kid-friendly plates and silverware. The “rainbow room” was their favorite!The backyard was hands-down the highlight. Our kids had an amazing time on the car roller coaster and swings, while the rest of us enjoyed corn hole and the large fire pit. The outdoor lighting in the evening was beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet at night.James was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We truly have nothing negative to say-this was one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Phoenix!

Amazing place!

I contacted the property manager in need of a last minute reservation and he responded right away. He also went out of his way to help us with things we needed. This house is beautiful and fit all of our needs. The master is a bit away from the other rooms which was nice for my step mom to get quiet time. The rooms were great and the kitchen is beautiful but the highlight for us was the backyard and the games to pass the time. I can’t say enough nice things about this house and the property manager James.

The property was stunning! Beautiful home, extremely clean and had every amenity you could possibly need, including chargers for every type of device. The back yard is paradise, inclusive of firepit, corn hole and an entire play area for children. Communication with the owner was easy and he was incredibly responsive! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a home in the area. We loved our stay!
