The downstairs primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and relaxing garden tub. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and dedicated workspace, another with two full beds, and a flexible fourth room offering a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains, fresh linens, and a wall-mounted smart TV ready for your favorite streaming services.

The living room offers comfortable seating with a sofa, two chairs, and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The fully stocked kitchen opens to a dining area that seats up to 10 guests. Enjoy our coffee and wine bar, complete with starter coffee supplies, creamers, sugar, wine essentials, and a blender for frozen drinks.

Step outside to experience classic Texas charm—sip your morning coffee or evening wine on the front porch, enjoy a picnic or swing on the back porch, or gather around the fire pit under outdoor string lights in the spacious backyard.
