The farm, for exclusive use, is located in the town of Fontanales, within the “Doramo Rural Park” nature reserve, covering an area of approximately m².

The house, built over a century ago in a traditional rural architectural style, was restored and expanded in that same style in 2006 and seamlessly integrated into its natural surroundings, while adding all the modern amenities you need to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a rural setting.

Thanks to its superb location, the house and its terraces offer stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island’s northern slope, featuring farmland and remnants of chestnut, laurel, and oak forests, among other types of flora and fauna. It is surrounded by authentic hiking trails.

The house consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet with a double bed, 1 full bathroom, a large living room-kitchen, covered patios, and terraces. A solarium and pool, a beach umbrella, hammocks, barbecue, outdoor furniture, and parking.
