The furniture throughout the home was selected with comfort in mind, so you can truly settle into our property feeling right at home after spending your days away exploring the area. The three spacious bedrooms all provide comfortable beds, cozy linens and extra blankets and pillows to accommodate your own sleeping style! You will find ceiling fans and clothing storage in every room with plenty of space to unpack during your visit.
There are three bathrooms, two of which are connected to bedrooms creating an ensuite with large standup showers. The third bathroom is located in the main hallway and features a large standalone bathtub with a wand. All bath towels and washcloths are provided as well as makeup cloths to keep our linens fresh.

GOOD NEWS - NO HOA!!! Guests have exclusive access to the property with no shared spaces. The driveway is very large and will accommodate all guest vehicles, large boat trailers, and golf carts, providing for a stress free arrival and visit. The layout allows for various parking arrangements to avoid shuffling around your vehicles throughout the stay.
The large backyard is fully fenced with multiple access points from inside and outside the home.
As your host, I invite you to settle in and make yourself at home. I will leave you with a list of nearby attractions, restaurants and emergency contacts. Should you have any questions or concerns, I will be available by phone from 8:00-8:00 during your stay. I live locally and can stop by the house if needed for any reason, otherwise, you won`t hear from me after confirming your smooth check-in.
The home is within walking distance to a number of destinations in Beaufort. For those that prefer not to walk, you can rent bikes through various local businesses (Beaufort Bicycle, Hungry Town Tours, Bike Beaufort), call an Uber or Lyft OR rent a golf cart from Sinclair`s Golf Cars. Reach out in advance to coordinate delivery prior to your arrival!
Driving in downtown is simple but it can get congested during the summer season! Please be careful while riding bikes or golf carts, and be sure to understand the laws if you are renting transportation. Street parking is available throughout Beaufort - look for signs regarding paid parking areas.
The New Bern (EWN) airport is 38 miles/45 minutes from the home, which can vary depending on traffic.
PARKING - There is plenty of parking in our driveway for guests. If you have a special request, please reach out to prior to your arrival.

**Our property is maintained monthly by a local pest control service. This is all we can do to try to keep bugs outside where they belong but you may see an occasional pest get indoors. This is mother nature and we cannot change that, nor will we provide any refunds if pests are noticed.**
**Occasional interruptions to internet service may occur due to construction or weather. We apologize for the inconvenience if this happens during your stay but this is outside of our control.**

As a courtesy to the guest, the property will be furnished with towels, linens, pillows, bedding and various other amenities. If these items go missing or are ruined during the reservation, the guest will be assessed a replacement fee.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Premises. Smoking is allowed outside only but all cigarette butts must be safely disposed of to avoid additional cleaning charges. Please be respectful of this non-smoking home.
Please keep all doors and windows closed if heating or air conditioning is on. Host will be notified of humidity alert if doors and windows are left open for extended period of time.
Host has the right to assess an additional cleaning fee due to extraordinary cleaning (over time allotted) as a result of guest use. Additional $75 cleaning fee will be assessed for all reservations longer than 7 nights. This charge will be added after the reservation has been confirmed.
Upon request, items left by guest may be returned for $10 plus shipping costs unless other arrangements can be made.
