Located in the Heart of Historic District. Newly remodeled apartment has a full kitchen with cookware, a quaint queen bedroom and newly remodeled living area. It is within walking distance of everything - day cruises, waterfront shopping, restaurants, historic sites, you will not need a car. Responsible party must be age 50 or older. The owners live on the adjacent property and are available should you need anything.

We loved the cottage...small but perfect for us. Private, clean and very comfy. We could walk to everything and absolutely loved Beaufort! We stayed at the "hideaway" for a quick little coastal getaway tacked on to a family reunion in another part of the state. It was very cozy and welcoming, and very clean!! It was an easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants downtown and an easy drive to Morehead City and Atlantic Beach should you choose to venture to either of those places. Very peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful hosts!

What makes this property unique

We tell everyone that once you arrive, park your car, you will not need it. There are 16 fantastic restaurants within 2 blocks and lots of locally owned shops within a few minutes walk. The NC Maritime Museum with Blackbeard's Queen Anne's Revenge exhibit is around the corner. Other attractions include the Beaufort Historic Grounds, The Old Burying Grounds, historic homes tours and plenty of water activities.
