Downstairs is an updated, spacious gathering room. You’ll find a master bedroom with a private bath, three guest bedrooms, and two additional full bathrooms. Perfect for rainy days or quieter afternoon times, there are many books, puzzles and games and a piano to enjoy.


The outdoor space is made for fun and relaxation. You will find a large patio, multiple seating areas, hammocks, and a large area for games such as badminton, volleyball or cornhole. Enjoy grilling and eating outside under the backyard patio lights. Many birds visit the area and there is bird food provided for the feeders. The shed is complete with games for all ages, and all the beach equipment you could need, including umbrellas, chairs, floats and toys. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
