We enjoyed our stay at this charming, well appointed apartment. The location was very convenient to our weekend events and the apartment was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again when in town.

Wonderful accommodations! Will book again the next time we need to stay over in Charlottesville! Newly renovated- big bathroom, comfortable beds, big screen TV, centrally located- (walk to the Downtown Mall and across the street from a cute coffee shop) and well stocked kitchen. Thank you!

This place was so charming! The little coffee shop you can see from the window had the best croissant! It had everything you could need. The bedding was comfy. Downtown mall was a quick walk. Highly recommend!

The property was great, walking distance to the outdoor mall area in downtown and easy access to many restaurants and breweries. The house itself was lovely with one thing that put a damper on the experience. There was a significant amount of mouse poop under the kitchen sink and even found mouse droppings inside the toaster. House was great, need to invest in mouse control.

Hi Theresa, I found this review surprising as we actually had pest control out the third week of September for their quarterly check. We've verified with them that no mice droppings were seen, just two weeks prior. Not only have we not heard this from any of our other guests, we received no communication from you on this, something that would have allowed us to address this immediately.

Loved it! Exactly as described. Quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance to so much. Coffee shop across the street was wonderful.

It’s a very nice clean property virtually in the middle of downtown Charlottesville. The only caution I have is for people who may have difficulty with stairs…..a steep flight getting from the door to the apartment. Once there it is great!
