Fabulous waterfront with dock and pool

We had a wonderful time with our family and friends. The home was spotless, fully stocked, and located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood.We especially enjoyed its riverside setting and loved relaxing in the pool after spending the day out on the water.We would absolutely rent this home again!

This place was amazing. Location on the river could not be more convenient. It was great to spend the day on the water and come back to a relaxing pool. The host are very attentive and responsive. Family Get Away

Our stay was perfect. This home was everything that was advertised and met all of our needs. My son in-law brought his 24' Pathfinder that we were able to dock out back, making our boating days so easy and after there was the coolest tiki bar area on the bottom level that was a great hang out spot after our day on the water. Home is perfectly located to springs and on the water dining as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Crystal River Home

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home with our 4 grandchildren (ages 14, 14, 12, and 10). We loved the amount of space we had to spread out. The home had everything we needed. We all loved using the kayaks. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool. Everyone is ready to go back! Thanks for providing a lovely home away from home for us.

This is a BEAUTIFUL property!! We really enjoyed our time here. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. It’s bigger than we expected, and immaculately clean. The owner is very friendly, and the house has all the amenities you could need for a stay. We spent a lot of time outside on the screened in deck enjoying the view of the river. They also have a huge selection of board games to play, and that was a great bonus. The beds are super comfortable, there is great water pressure, the kitchen is well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Quality AND Location

Top 2 VRBO in the US at which we've stayed. This home is quality through and through. From the flooring to the furniture to the bedding to the laid back water front decor. You'll be asking where the mattresses came from! No better location! Les than 15 minutes from the springs, Crackers, Tipsy Tarpon, Pete's Pier and Twin Rivers Marine.

We had an amazing stay at this house!! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect getaway. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Also Susan was fantastic and so communicative! We purchased our home as a secondary home in 2013 and then lost it to Hurricane Hermine in 2016. We decided to tear our home down and rebuild this home as our personal home in 2019. In 2024, we decided to downsize a bit so we moved. We haven't quite made the decision to sell or not, so we decided to try VRBO and so far are enjoying letting others enjoy what we have loved for many years!

Why they chose this property

We were looking for waterfront property in 2013. We fell in love with Crystal Shores because of its quaintness and charm. The community is friendly and quiet. We enjoy evening walks or riding our bikes.

What makes this property unique

Our home is located on Crystal Bay and has direct access to Crystal River's main channel. From our home location, you can turn north and head straight to the gulf or turn southeast and head straight for the springs. We have enjoyied our neighborly manatees and dolpins in our own backyard.
