The Sebastian Studio

Nestled in the heart of downtown Sebastian is our 220 square foot one room studio that has been newly redecorated. This studio accommodates two people and features bath with shower, double bed, and cable tv. A new coffee pot, microwave, toaster, refrigerater and an outdoor gas grill will allow you to prepare and enjoy a delicious grilled meal outdoors on the patio. Our air conditioned studio has a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. Off the street parking and a 5 minute walk around the block provide access to the Indian River Riverwalk where you can enjoy our picnic table right on the water. It's also easy walking distance to several restaurants and live music tiki bars and riverview park and fishing piers.
