I would also like to clarify that I personally inspected the home two days prior to your stay, and the video provided was taken immediately before our departure. Based on your initial concern, I issued a refund for the cleaning fee in good faith. However, after further consideration, I do have concerns regarding the validity of the cleanliness claim. The photos you provided were sent halfway through your stay rather than within the first few hours, which is typically when such issues are reported. This timing makes it difficult to verify the condition of the home upon your arrival. I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
