The room was clean, new, and very bright. It had plenty of natural light, so it never felt dark. The furniture was new, and the kitchen was excellent.The only problem was the house next door. The neighbors were very loud until 3 a.m. on both nights I stayed there, and they appeared to be drunk.

In a bit of a rough area, but no one bothered us. The house itself was nice and perfect for our large group that was in town for a baseball tournament. Could use some supplies such as garbage bags to be stocked

The host had good communications. We had an issue with the furnace going out and they came quickly but were unable to fix it, so the host moved us to another unit close to where we were. Inconvenient but no ones fault.The place is comfortable, but some items were a bit spartan. With a large group and 12 bedrooms, we would have expected a few more large pots and pans.

Exactly as advertised. The house was spacious and provided plenty of room for our large group to spread out comfortably. The neighborhood may not make the best first impression, but once inside, it feels like you're in a completely different environment. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Communication was smooth, and the check-in process was easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group looking for plenty of space and a comfortable place to stay.

Our group loved it! I work with adults with disabilities, so an upgraded ADA fix in the back entrance would really help the property (possibly replace the back entrance with a ramp instead of the steps and a little wider door) but overall, that would be my biggest issue as their Direct Support Professional. It was very spacious and everyone was able to spread out and relax after a long day at the falls. Location is great and we understand the neighborhood is in development.

Great experience after minor hiccup… great place. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but only as “neighborhood in transition” and NO PROBLEMS at all, day or night. Host was very gracious and attentive. We were there on a church missions trip and look forward to staying again sometime. Thanks!!
