Great stay!!! Host was helpful and very communicative to us! The location in Brandon was very convenient to Tampa. The house was adorable and had everything we needed as well as super nice neighbors. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed patio at nite along the lake watching all the wildlife. Don’t pass on renting this great house!!! You won’t regret it

Location was close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Patio area was nice. Host was responsive. But the property conditions did not meet expectations and we left after 2 days. There were security (some window locks don’t work) and safety hazards (rusted bathtub, mold & visible flood damage in bathroom) that should have been repaired before renting. Floors were dirty/not mopped. Did not appear the property had been taken care of. The home condition should have been accurately represented in photos and listing details, but was not.

After your departure, we thoroughly inspected the home and confirmed that all window locks are functioning properly. We also found no evidence of flooding, mold, or the safety concerns mentioned. The home is professionally cleaned and maintained, and we take these matters very seriously. We’re especially disappointed by this review given that when you let us know the property wasn’t the right fit, we provided a full refund for your unused days as a courtesy, though it was not required. We always strive to address concerns promptly and fairly.
