Great location for a north end deep dive. St.Josephs a block away, Terrace Park 2 blocks, smack in the middle of the historic district, great b-fast or lunch at Perch. Safe and tidy neighborhoods, Falls Park, easy downtown access. Kitchen is good (Keurig only) , beds upstairs okay, bunk bed down, not so much. Weekend rates really pricey.

It’s a nice house had everything we needed for a couple of days in town. We liked having the basement bedroom for the added space. Quiet neighborhood, safe. And the owners were great about communicating. We would stay here again.

Cute 1950’s home with the upstairs updated w a walk in shower and modern kitchen cabinets everything else remains in the original form. We appreciated that the home was close to U of Sioux Falls. The hot water did not work hence we eventually didn’t shower. The owner did not acknowledge when confronted with this issue. We did not use the kitchen nor the appliances. The upstairs beds were comfortable. We will not book this home.
