Are you ready for summer at the beach?! Our cozy beach house offers comfortable accommodations for families up to 7. We recently renovated the entire house featuring a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new bathrooms and perfectly-appointed beach decor that your family will adore. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, 32-inch HDTV and private entrance to a private bathroom with standing shower. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin and full bed which accommodate up to 3 grown children or adults, or 4 small children. This bedroom has direct access to the second full bathroom which offers a tub and shower combination. The cozy living room offers an overstuffed love seat, queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and a large flatscreen TV. The dining area overlooks the kitchen with granite counters and open floor plan. The stocked kitchen offers amenities for all your cooking needs including an oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grill tools and more. The adjacent bar overlooks the sunny Florida room which boasts floor to ceiling windows with views of the pool. Sliding glass doors lead out to the backyard oasis where you will find a private pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, gazebo and palm trees for a tropical backdrop. It's the perfect area to unwind and relax. Guests have access to wireless Internet and digital cable. Don't feel like checking a bag? No problem! Our washer and dryer will let you clean your clothes so you can travel light.

Our cozy seaside retreat is a short walk to Panama City Beach's most pristine white sandy shores and is the perfect place to rest your head at night after a full day of adventure. Rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards from the nearby Bait & Tackle shop for water sports. We are located near the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach & Aly's Beach where you can browse shops, ride bikes or go out to dinner. Pier Park is less than 10 miles from the house, which is close enough to get to the action but far enough to escape the madness! We hope you stay with us on your next trip to Panama City Beach.

Very moldy and musty property, the mold smell was so bad it was difficult to spend much time inside and caused difficulty breathing for two of us with allergies. The house is older and dirtier than it looked on the listing. The location near the beach is great, and the beach is not crowded. We went into either 30A or PCB for restaurants as there wasn’t much in the immediate area.

Hi Kristen, I’m shocked about your review since you never reached out to let me know of these issues and because no one has ever complained about a musty or moldy odor. In fact, I stayed at this house for the entire month of June into July and never experienced any odor! I also would’ve been more than happy help fix these issues if you had contacted me by sending my cleaning lady back to clean up anything she missed and sent a dehumidifier. That’s what a host is here for! Again, I usually get stellar reviews so this seems unusual. I highly suggest that you communicate with your host on future properties so they can accommodate you and you can have a more pleasant stay. All the best, Andrea

This is a wonderful vacation home that is centrally located near everything you need for a fantastic beach getaway. This was our third time staying here, and it continues to be the perfect fit for our family. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the convenient beach access. The owner made the entire process easy and was always quick to respond to any questions. This has become our go-to place whenever we visit Panama City Beach. If you're looking for beautiful vacation home in a great location, look no further, you won't be disappointed!

Hi Michaela, Thank you for your comments. In the future, please let me know as soon as possible if something was not cleaned to your standards as I would've sent my cleaning crew back to touch up! As far as TLC needs, my house was renovated in 2024, from new floors and doors to new bathroom fixtures to fresh paint and updated furniture as well so everything should be feeling very fresh and updated. As well, we purchased new sofas/sofa bed in August 2025, so those are especially brand new. We strive to create an immaculately clean and updated space for all guests!

Wonderful Beach House

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The inside has been recently updated and is very comfortable. The owners were great and very responsive. The location was excellent and the pool was a real plus! Since the area is mainly residential, the beach was not crowded and was an easy 10 - 15 minute walk. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!
