Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom home, complete with an automated, private heated pool set for 83° and 6-person spa set for 100° with no extra fees. The pool is newly remodeled and includes a glow in the dark rubber surface. Cool to walk on and reduces bumps and scrapes. We also have a 43" Smart TV poolside for your enjoyment. Located in a prime area, you’ll find yourself just 19 miles from Busch Gardens, 46 miles from Clearwater Beach, 23 miles from downtown Tampa, and 69 miles from Disney. The home features three beautifully themed bedrooms and is well-equipped for families, business travelers, and adventurers alike. Enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and exciting activities just minutes away.

We prefer to greet our guests upon arrival to introduce them to our home and provide instructions on pool and spa operation and smart devices. However, we also do offer contactless check-in as well.

The space

• 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (3 themed rooms: Beach Room, Paris Room, and Vintage Travel Room—all with queen-sized beds) The Master Suite has a king-sized bed, 55" smart TV and newly remodeled full bathroom with shower and garden tub.
• A private heated pool and spa with automated controls for your convenience.
• A fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware for 12, a Keurig machine and a regular coffee maker as well (free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate), and a water purifier for clean drinking water and ice.
• Free Wi-Fi with lightning-fast speeds of up to 500 Mbps for work or leisure.
• A private office, formal living and dining areas, a cozy family room with a 55" 3D 4K TV, surround sound stereo, electric theater seating for 6, and laundry facilities (with detergent and softener provided).

This was our third time staying here. It's a beautiful home with a lovely pool and spa. We always enjoy our time here. It was all decorated for Christmas, so allowed us to feel the holiday spirit away from home. The two 15 year old just love the pool every time we come! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. We had a great time!

It is our normal practice to greet our guests at our home when they arrive to show them around the house and how to operate the "gadgets" in our home. This makes for a better guest experience and usually eliminates questions or problems. Unfortunately, this experience was not the best. Checkout procedures were not followed. None of the trash had been collected and put outside as instructed. The grill had been used and never cleaned as listed in the "House Rules". We found the garbage disposal breaker blown with the disposal completely filled to the top with spaghetti. The least they could have done is retrieved the spaghetti and put it in the trash after the disposal breaker blew. Nicola was pleasant to deal with during their stay but we were disappointed when we returned home. We truely wish things went better.

We truely wish this was a better stay for our home and neighborhood. Toni booked her stay for 7 adults. However, it turned out she was not one of the guests staying. Without notifying us, there were at least 13 people at our home at one point for the day. Parking was for a maximum of 4 vehicles and the extra cars and motorcycles were parked on the street. One of our neighbors called to report some of the guests cutting across their yard. They were also walking down the street and being loud at 4:00 AM. and neighbors security cameras are being triggered in the middle of the night. Overall, they were inconsiderate of our house rules and disrespectful of our neighbors. It turned out this motorcycle group rented a 2nd house down the street and were going back and forth between. That's where they were keeping their motorcycles and riding from. It would have been considerate to disclose this to us before booking our home.

What a great place to stay! Location allowed us to take wonderful day trips. Bush Gardens, SeaWorld, Tarpon Springs, and all the local attractions. Pool and hot tub was the best. Our family truly had a wonderful experience!

We are both retired and enjoy taking time in our RV traveling. We had this home built for us and have been the only owner of this property since it was built. Our families and grand kids are nearby and we enjoy spending time with them whenever we can.

Why they chose this property

We moved to Florida from Wisconsin in 1992 and had this home built for us in 1994 and have been the only owner of this property. We raised our family here and now enjoy having family gatherings and grand kids coming to stay with us. We couldn't ask for a better location and convenience with access to great shopping, restaurants and things to do nearby.

What makes this property unique

The pool has a half wall for privacy and quiet. There is a stainless gas grill for pool side cookouts and a table with seating for 6 under roof.
