The Beamer House - Large family friendly retreat with a spectacular views
Welcome to the Beamer House, named after the rock peninsula directly out the ocean view windows known locally as "The Beamer". This home sits on 5 acres of land with breath taking views of the ocean and we mean breath taking as in have a morning coffee and watch the Icebergs, seabirds and whales from our patio or kitchen.
This home has an office desk and plenty of places to setup for those working on the road. There is a music room with a piano and guitar
The space
The lucky guest that get to stay in this huge master bedroom sleep in a King bed with a TV, two sitting chairs, a sofa and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Just off the master you will find an ensuite with double sink, standup shower, jacuzzi soaker tub and a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 & 3 are both very spacious with walk-in closets and Queen beds. The final room is the dorm with two double beds and a twin with a TV, perfect for watching the game or hooking up your gaming console.
The East Coast Trail runs through the base of this property for the outdoor adventurist hikers of the group. https://eastcoasttrail.com/ From the Beamer House you could take a brief shoreline walk of a few Kilometers or if up to the challenge try the Stiles Cove trail of 15 kilometers or Father Troy's trail back to Torbay to enjoy some local restaurants or pubs. Or drive 10 minutes north to Pouch Cove and hike the Biscan Cove Path to the historical Cape St. Francis Lighthouse (7.0 Km)
In the area you will find a grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and convenience stores. Foodland just 5 minutes away or 15 minutes to Dominion and Walmart. Some local resturants and pubs such as The Post Tap house in Torbay known for some of the best fish and chips around.
