Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pool umbrella down and secure, all outdoor games put under the TV, loungers placed under the covered patio, pool toys in the screened in porch, all dirty towels and linens in the laundry room.
All food and beverages removed from the fridge with no spills or mess.
If your check out is on a Monday, please pull trash bins to the curb for Tuesday morning pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep music at a level it can be easily talked over. Loxley has a 24-hr noise ordinance. If police are called, you'll be asked to leave w/ no refund.
Do not change the settings of the pool or spa. The spa comes on at 8PM and turns off at 10PM. Contact host to operate it remotely for other times.
There is a secondary driveway/parking area that IS NOT accessible to renters. There is ample parking on the left side of the home for 6 vehicles.

Originally from the Midwest, we settled in southern Alabama after visiting Gulf Shores several years ago. We've traveled the lower 48 and love this area and its proximity to other towns along the Gulf. We love taking daily trips to Panama City Beach, Destin, Biloxi for casinos, or drive to New Orleans every now and again. Within a 2 hour radius, you can enjoy a vast array of lifestyles along the Gulf coast!

Why they chose this property

3 1/2 acres of privacy, the neighbors are far enough away for a private lifestyle, but we are also close to town with a nearby grocery store just 3 miles away. We enjoy shopping the large Tangers Outlet in Foley or the quaint downtown shops of Fairhope, both 30 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

WE LIVE OUTDOORS! We love enjoying our private pool and hot tub. No crowded pool and someone else's screaming kids here... just ours. ;)
