- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit (includes vaping, incense, etc.)
- No parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Please also refrain from loud music, especially in the evening.

WHILE WE ARE PET-FRIENDLY, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS FOR PETS ON FURNITURE.

ANY BEDSHEETS, COUCH CUSHIONS, ETC. FOUND WITH EXCESSIVE PET HAIR OR DAMAGE WILL BE SUBJECT TO FULL MONETARY REIMBURSEMENT AND/OR ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES.
