We enjoyed this cute property very much! So close to the beach and a lovely private pool with lots of seating options and a high quality table and umbrella for shade. Sitting by the pool with morning coffee was a delight! The beach cart and chairs made things easy. Well stocked kitchen!

We had a great stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and they were very responsive whenever we had a question. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the pool was a highlight, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area and beach. Our only minor complaint was the linens, but the host addressed it quickly. Overall, a very nice experience and we’d happily stay again.

Our stay here was great! This unit had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and very clean. We also loved the private pool! Located just a couple blocks from the beach with beach access close also. The owner was very nice and very helpful!

This house was perfect for what we wanted for our anniversary. Outside electric plug in for our golf cart, nice and clean. The pool was a huge bonus we loved it, we did the St. Barth condo with private pool. Beds were comfy, outside area was perfect, close enough to beach 2 blocks away, food and entertainment is relatively close. Bridge St is a short drive down the road. It was nice, peaceful and quiet. Would stay here again and would recommend to others!

Relaxing @ Beautiful AMI.

Great accomodations. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nice duplex unit perfect for me and my significant other. The location is ideal for access to beaches, restaurants, and recreational activities. I really appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner / manager Stephan. I also have to say it was one of the better vacations we have ever had. Beautiful Anna Maria Island is one of my favorite places to visit. We look forward to going back in the near future.

Hi Mark, I apologize for that inconvenience I wasn't aware of any lamps out, I live 3 blks away and always available for services needed... The lamps & umbrella has been replaced,,, I'll need to get some signage out to remind guest to close umbrellas after use, all the umbrellas are new, a bit of wind picked up & blew into the pool...
