Gorgeous and quiet apartment for four people in the centre of Monopoli, in Apulia. It has been totally restored with really high standards and furnished with tailor made details and interiors and have two bedrooms (a master bedroom and a twin/double bedroom). The apartment is situated on the first floor of a historic building, at 500 meters far from historic centre and Monopoli’s beaches in a quiet area where is possible to park.

The property was completely restored in typical tasteful Apulian style, respecting the traditional style and conforming the interiors to the modern needs and it is within minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants and amenities.

It is 60 square meters in size on the same floor and has air conditioning in access corridor; it is composed by one large kitchen/living room with fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, a spacious master bedroom with large wardrobe and air conditioning, a twin/double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with toilet and shower.

Its a delightful flat ideal for a romantic stay for one/two couples or family with one/two children. The apartment can be also requested together with another apartment in the same floor of building.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung!

Martino ist ein warmherziger und sehr fürsorglicher Gastgeber! Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Die Wohnung war schön sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eins der beiden Schlafzimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, die wir gern genutzt haben. Ein toller großer Balkon 👍. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man muss jedoch den Lärm der Straße im Zentrum in Kauf nehmen. Für uns war das kein Problem. Die Parksituation vorm Haus ist nicht so einfach. Man muss immer mal ein bisschen suchen in den umliegenden Straßen. Bäcker und einige Bars sind in der Nähe. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist in der historischen Altstadt. Diese ist eine Perle der Stadt- ausgestattet mit vielen Shops, Restaurants und Bars. Sooooo schön. Ein toller Urlaub liegt hinter uns!

L'appartamento è molto bello, luminoso, curato in ogni dettaglio e molto molto pulito. La posizione della casa permette di raggiungere agevolmente e in pochi passi tutti i servizi e i locali della città. Il Sig. Martino è molto cordiale, disponibile e attento ai bisogni degli ospiti. Nel caso tornassimo a Monopoli sicuramente ritorneremo in questa casa!

Cosy Appartment in the center of Monopoli

We spent 8 days in this appartment an felt very well. It is quite new and has a very nice atmosphere. Everything worked very well and although we had low temperatures outside the appartment was cosy and warm. It is very good located and shops, historic center and the see is nearby - everything is in walking distance. Plus good parking possibilities in front of the house. Martino was very helpful: he explained us every detail of the appartment and gave us good tips for Monopoli. We would be glad to come back again!

Exceptional apartment, in a quiet area, however in heart of Monopoli. Martino is a very kind owner.

We enjoyed so much the apartment, completely renewed, very clean and confortable, exactly as shown on the pictures, large rooms, fully equiped kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, nice balcony. It is 5 min walk from heart of Monopoli, 10-15 min walk from nice beach of Porta Vecchia. There is also a nice café bar for breakfast, drink or pastries and ice cream 1min walk. There is also a small supermarket, a butcher and a fruit and vegetable shop in the street. The owner Martino is exceptional also, very kind and responsive, always available to assist. He prepared for us all necessary useful documentation to visit and enjoy Monopoli. We appreciated him very much. Surely we will come back to stay in the apartment of Martino and we recommend it for its extraordinary comfort and location. Puglia and especially Monopoli are very attractive for spending nice holidays with very good food, nice beaches as well as cultural discoveries and relaxing times for any traveler with family or not.

Great location, clean, new and what we wanted

The owner communicated with us promptly He answered all our questions and met us upon our arrival. The apt less than a 10 min walk to the historical centre. We found easy parking after each day trip and walked everywhere while in Monopoli. The apartment is close to great coffee shops and grocery stores. The apt is very clean and has everything you need to make it a perfect location while traveling in Apulia. Martino, the owner took time out of his day And showed us around the area Thank you for a great week!!
