The Trail Drop Inn is a uniquely-decorated, rustic space created to evoke the charm of a cozy countryside cabin. Guests will experience home-like accommodations with a fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and relaxing recliners. Spend the morning enjoying your coffee, tea and breakfast on the balcony watching the sun come up. Play all day on the biking and hiking trails. Enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, or kayaking on one of the many lakes. Play a round of golf or enjoy one of the many amenities offered at nearby recreation centers. Perhaps you will decide to explore nearby waterfalls, museums or local farmer’s and vintage markets. On your way home, stop for groceries to cook or grill your own dinner or try one of the nearby restaurants just 5 minutes away. Park your bikes in the “Bike Shop” shed out back then sit under the stars and enjoy a campfire, have a few drinks and shoot the breeze in the private outdoor bar area or watch your favorite show on TV with some popcorn. Step into the walk-in shower to wash the dust of the day off and slip under the covers to dream of what adventure you’ll have tomorrow.
The entire house and outdoor spaces are all yours to use. The carport and shed have supplies for you to use if you need them. There is plenty of kindling and wood for the fire pit.
Mountain Bikers: No need to load up your bikes and drive to the trail head. You can “Drop In” to Tunnel Vision at the bottom of the street. Look for the bike crossing signs. You are close enough to bike to several restaurants, the bike/coffee shop and the grocery store, and the Razorback Greenway multi-use trail that leads to skill parks and other trail systems and sites. You are welcome to park your bikes in the shed and use whatever you need to repair or clean your bikes.

We were very impressed with this propery and location. If you are coming to Bentonville to bike, it's a perfect spot to stay. If we come back to this area, we would stay here again!

Lisa and her group were wonderful. They were respectful and communicative and alerted me to some issue that are quickly being taken care of. Even my neighbors were appreciative of them. I hope they return soon or at least next year for the event they came for this year.
Loved staying here. Close to everything. Really clean and nicely outfitted. Lots of snacks and goodies provided. Can't wait to return! BBQ is excellent!

About the host
Hosted by Betsy DiGiacinto
My husband and I recently retired here from Houston. My husband is into Mountain Biking and I am a water person so Kayaking is my thing. I've always enjoyed hosting people in our home and have used short term rentals instead of hotels all over the world. The uniqueness of each place adds so much culture to our travels that we wanted to share the experience with others coming to beautiful NWA. We hope you enjoy staying with us.
Why they chose this property
We love the neighborhood because it is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. In addition, you can jump on a mountain bike or hiking trail right around the corner or take a 5-minute drive down the road to the recreation center, restaurants, grocery, gas station, and main roads to nearby stores. The location is perfect for anything you need.
What makes this property unique
Other than being located near everything Bella Vista has to offer, the house has numerous outdoor living spaces to relax and enjoy yet is cozy and well supplied for those rainy indoor days. There is a fire pit as well as a shed to store or work on your bikes out back. The bathrooms have been updated and the rustic decor along with local photos truly engulfs the senses of being in the Ozark mountains.
