The location does not get more convenient than this updated apartment on Sunset Drive. With one designated parking spot, just park the car and walk to Main Street for dining, shopping, the park, and more!



Located above a quiet retail shop on Sunset, take the stairs up to a private porch. Entering the unit into the living area with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the open concept flows into the dining space set up for 6 and the fully equipped kitchen. With full size appliances, the recently updated kitchen features a microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, farmhouse sink, and butcher block island. 



Meander down the hall to the guest bedroom with a queen size bed, Smart TV, and closet. Further down the hall is the recently updated guest bath with a tile tub. At the end of the hall enter into the spacious King bed master suite with another Smart TV. The ensuite bath features a tile shower and double-sink vanity.  Queen sleeper sofa in great room.



Pets allowed. Two small dogs under 25lbs or one dog up to 45lbs. Nonrefundable Pets fee plus tax for a total of $112.75 per dog accessed after booking.

Consistently the best place to stay in Blowing Rock. Rent both units for family gatherings or just one. The condo has everything you need onsite to make your stay the best ever! Every detail has been thoughtfully curated. Keep your car parked the entire visit and walk to eat and shop. Excellent communication by the host.

The location is excellent, as advertised just steps from Main Street, and the private patio the perfect spot to enjoy the cool weather and people watch. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, the Market. However, the rental itself, while clean, was lackluster - very utilitarian, no charm, bedframe and door hinges that squeak, no extra blanket (the evenings can get chilly, even in summer) or towels, broken luggage rack, loose toilet knob. While there is plenty of drawer/dresser space, we purchased clothes hangers from the dollar store as only 3-4 were in one closet. The parking spot is well down an alley which got a bit muddy with rain and the trash bin is difficult to find and was full to overflowing until the last day of our 9 day stay. If location is the priority (and this trip it was for us), the rental is 5 stars but otherwise disappointing for the price. Perhaps best for a 2-3 night stay.
