Very welcoming. Katrina checked on us throughout our stay. We loved the area and amenities. We ate at a restaurant within walking distance, Lankford’s Grocery. We stayed nine days. Property not at all as advertised. We only stayed one night and left. I took pictures to prove. Host said she’d refund our stay. Dirty, no lighting on path at night, broken pathways, nasty yard, just gross, nasty mop in shower, borax power by stove, wires hanging out of kitchen cabinet, AC so loud you can’t sleep, couch dirty

We apologize that the property did not suite your needs. This property is located in the back of a main house that belongs to a separate tenant. Had you inquired I would have informed you that the front yard, driveway, & backyard belonged to them and the condition of those areas are independent from the rented properties. I don’t advertise use of those areas within my listing. The remaining issues will be taken into consideration for future stays. Thanks for your feedback.

Die Lage war super, man konnte problemlos nach Downtown laufen, auch die direkte Umgebung wirkte sicher und ruhig. Die Nachbarn oben haben leider einmal bis 4:30am lautstark gestritten und Sachen durch die Wohnung geworfen, was mir ein bisschen Angst gemacht hat, da die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist. Ansonsten war sie gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, lediglich das Sofa könnte man mal austauschen, es war voller Flecken. Aber ich hatte eine gute Zeit dort und auch mit der Vermieterin einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt!
