Beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 bath home set in the country, surrounded by mature evergreen trees. A large back deck allows one to relax with views of pond and surrounding woods. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine, AC, WiFi, iron, and heating. Gas grill is also included for outdoor entertaining. There's plenty of space for everyone.
Within walking distance are the gorgeous grounds of Brinka Cross Gardens. Ride your bike to the Indiana Dunes National Park, or pack up your car for a quick drive to Indiana Dunes State Park and enjoy the beaches and waters of Lake Michigan. Downtown Chesterton is just 10 minutes away and has the European Market every Saturday from May to October. Explore the Northside of Michigan City with their local restaurants and shops. Blue Chip Casino is just 12 minutes away for those who are up to alittle casino action.
The South Shore Train is minutes away. Hop on for a day trip to Chicago!

We were the first guests at this location, and we were very pleased with our weekend trip. The property was beautiful, with a view of a pond and expanse of lawn. We enjoyed watching turkey, deer, and hummingbirds out of the large back window and the covered deck. The house was clean and the kitchen had any cookware that was needed. The location was close to both the National and State parks, and we enjoyed several nearby restaurants. Communication with our hosts was readily available.

Nice, clean place outside of town with privacy for your group. Plenty of room in the house for a large group with lots of bathrooms. Dated, but that is expected based off of the pictures. Two things to be aware of: the water has an odor that lessens the more its used but remains. The upstairs has two of the bedrooms and the A/C does not cool as well up there, so if your sensitive to heat when you sleep plan accordingly. Overall a nice stay though and the hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Such a wonderful and comfy place! The hosts did a great job making sure we were comfortable. It had everything we needed and was so relaxing! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The last night it rained, but since there was a covered back porch, we were still able to grill out and have a fantastic game night and bake cookies! Great place and Great experience!
