Great stay, the space is large, comfortable and clean and shady. There were plenty of recommendations of great stuff to do nearby. We were surprised how cute the town was.
Great place to stay clean , near downtown High Springs . Shops nearby . Close to Camp Kulaqua and Ichetucknee springs state park . Quiet area and nice to relax on country setting.
guest house is VERY close to downtown High Springs! neighborhood is peaceful and safe, guest house has its own parking next to the house, and the jacuzzi bath tub was great! lots of little details to make sure your stay is enjoyable, would absolutely book again! :)
The location was perfect for being near the springs. I thought the actual apartment was even cozier and more well laid out than the pictures were able to show.I will certainly stay here again when I come back to visit family. Oh, and last but not least, it is within walking distance to the Ice Cream store and the best coffee shop & bakery, Colsie’s.
This unit was perfect for the three of us to enjoy our stay during our annual retreat at O'Leno (High Springs). It was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Thank you to the host for clear communication!

You guys were great to host! I'm so glad you had a wonderful time on your annual retreat. You are always welcomed back!
The guest house was exactly as pictured. We couldn’t beat the location for everything in High Springs, the springs, O’Leno State Park, and a strawberry picking farm. The word that comes to mind for the space is “well-appointed.” We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a first aid kit, etc, there were games, puzzles, and books, plenty of linens were provided, and the desk in the bedroom was great to sit at after our kiddo was asleep in the den. The host was very communicative, and even washed and returned bedding when our young child had an overnight accident. The bathtub was really nice, too. We would definitely stay here again!
This was our second time staying here. The house has been very clean, cozy and well stocked, especially with the small details like books, games, menus to local restaurants and products for the ladies. You can tell Brianna is very thoughtful and goes the extra mile to make your stay extra special. We will probably stay here again should we decide to vacation in the area.
What a beautiful lovely vacation home. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The host had everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back and bring others in the future. Thank you , Bri for wonderful accommodations. M. French
Brianna's unit was a perfect base to explore Ichetucknee as well as the other local springs. All the spaces (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets, etc.) are large, and appointed with whatever you might need (ice packs, cookware, beach towels, etc.). In terms of cleanliness, it's spotless and well maintained. Parking is right outside the front door in a quiet neighborhood that is easily walkable to the town center. Communication with Brianna was a breeze. She was quick to reply, provided clear instructions, and even had helpful information sheets and maps available. I highly recommend Brianna's place to any traveler seeking a clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient spot to explore the springs.
We had a softball tourney at champions park in Newberry, this was about 20 minutes away. This was incredibly spacious and offered exactly what we needed. I had some car issues that left me driving around being embarrassingly loud, and the host was so kind and helpful. She also has great little lists of which springs are close, favorites etc and bug spray by the door (you will need it!) I didn't realize this was attached to the main house (bc I didn't read ) but it didn't impact our stay at all. If you're in Newberry for a tourney, this is a great place and great option! We'll definitely stay again.
