Our villa is a luxury holiday villa with 3 bedrooms and a private pool for 6 people, built in 2024 in the Kördere area, close to the center of Kalkan. Our villa has an indoor heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna, sitting area, table tennis and table football on the lower floor. There is a shallow pool that can be used as a children's pool integrated into the pool for families with children. Our house, which has a wonderful city and sea view of Kalkan, has a very modern architecture and is furnished with high-quality furniture. It is right next to our Villa Anıl, which has the same type of architecture. It is suitable for families who want to rent a villa together.
NOTE: The heating system in our indoor pool is included in the price between October 15 and April 15.
A pool heating fee of $ 30 per day is requested on different dates. It must be notified 3 days in advance of check-in.
