Glamour Excellent C 5-Bedrooms, 4-Bathrooms, Balcony apartment in Old Town

Great 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony apartment . There is a lift in the building and a garage.

The flat consits of two 2 bedroom apartments, one of the living room is used as a bedroom. The bedrooms are large with full of light and almost all are ensuite. There are two double sofa beds in the living room and they are spaced so everyone can be comfortable. There is also a very large kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances.

The house is located right in the centre of Prague only 10 minutes walk from the famous Charles Bridge and 5 minutes walk from the National Theatre. The Wenceslals Square and the Old Town Square are also walking distance.

There is a guarded garage located in the building which is available only for the building guests. If you are interested to park your car please let me know in advance. There are only 4 parking lots and if occupied I can't confirm the place for you but you can park your car in a close garage. Thanks for understanding.

Modern living in the heart of Prague

This was a super place for us to apend a few days in Prague. Our group included 4 adult couples, and this very modern apartment worked well for us. We had two side by side units, with a bedroom for each couple. The best thing is the location!! We coyld walk easily to the river and many cafes. Ubers were very easy and cheap to get us to Old Town and all the other sights!!

Great location and great apartment

The accommodation is really great. Set slightly outside the old city and walking distance to everything including landmarks, public transport, mini marts, coffee shops, and awesome restaurants (without the tourist price tags).The accommodation itself was great with plenty of room for two families. It was more of a two bedroom with 3 showers and 5 toilets across the two apartments. But it did sleep 9 of us comfortably while it also had fold out couches but these were required for our stay.Romana and the team responded promptly to all communication and were there to help us when required. A great service.I would stay there again in a heartbeat and loved our time in Prague.

Big Family Prague Home

This home is two apartments next to each other and they were very nice. There was ample room for 12 of us to stay and the elevator worked well for our older family members. The bathrooms are all in one shower, sink and toilet so you need to be friendly if you share rooms. Also, they are all glass enclosures, so know that the light will show into the rooms if used during darkness hours. The house was near enough to walk to most areas or a quick UBER ride. This was a very good place to stay with a large group in Prague.

Very Nice Apartment and Easy Access to Sites

The apartment appeared to have been recently renovated, and it is very well equipped and situated. It is convenient to the New and Old Towns, tram stops, and major tourist attractions. Two good restaurants and a small supermarket are within a few minutes walk The apartment was very comfortable and well-maintained. We had two issues with it: the bathroom walls and bedroom doors are fogged glass, limiting privacy. Also, the hallway is very noisy and one apartment had a party with loud noise that kept us up all night. I sure hope they were fined 200 euros! The manager was easily reachable and we would likely stay again.

This was truely one of the beat apartment accommodation thay we have atayed during our European holiday. Hoats were amazing and apartment facilities weee 1at ckass, lots of space, comfortable beds, great loaction within walking distance of all sights. Elevator for luggage, all great experiences, hughly recommended for a family of four or 6.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage

Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön ausgestattet. Das Geschirr für ein Objekt, wo bis zu 13 Personen Platz finden, ist zu wenig. Weiterhin war leider die Beschreibung nicht zutreffend. Es werden 5 Badezimmer angegeben. Jedoch sind es drei Badezimmer und zwei zusätzliche Toiletten . Weiterhin fehlt die Angabe, dass die Parkplätze am Objekt kostenpflichtig sind. Das Objekt kann ich auf jeden Fall wegen der Lage empfehlen.

A fantastic property

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The units themselves were perfect for our family configuration, allowing us to be close (next door) yet still enjoy some privacy between the two units. Nice property...great location.

My party of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in Oct 2019. The property was as listed and we were very happy with the choice we made to stay here. We each had our own bedroom and bath and enjoyed the full kitchen and open living space. Additionally the location was wonderful and close to major attractions, restaurants, markets and shopping.

Perfect in all ways

We absolutely loved staying at this location. It was close to many good restaurants and easy walking distance to local sites. It was also close to the transit system which is super easy to use! We loved walking down to the river at night which is only a block away. You could listen to music, have a drink and watch the sunset with spectacular views! Romana was great to communicate with! She was very responsive. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Property is in the great location of New Town. Accessible by foot everywhere. Never needed to take any transportation. We rented 2 apartments and they were spacious, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Excellent for several couples or families. The building is a very nice looking. We really enjoyed our stay! The apartments were clean, spacious and in a good central location suitable for walking to most places. The only downside was that we were expecting 5 bedrooms (as listed) and there were only 4. The living room can be converted to a bedroom, but with no storage space for unpacking. Overall the apartment was very nice and we would stay here again!
