House was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were so pleased. It was in a very nice neighborhood/community. The host was extremely responsive and overly accommodating for me! It was my wedding weekend so me and several of my bridesmaids stayed here to be close the venue and it was the perfect fit! Would absolutely stay here again!
I really liked the location of this house,it was conveniently close to many of the attractions of the Poconos. The space was clean, large, and aesthetically pleasing. All amenities were included, and the furniture was great for large groups of people. We especially liked the decor of the back patio and the grill. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept.

House was great, and nearby a lot of options while also giving you the feeling that you were deep in the woods on a mountain. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious & conveniently located
My family and I truly enjoyed the spacious and well kept accommodations with plenty of room for everyone. The home was a few minutes drive from Camelback mountain and there were several eateries nearby.
We hope to come back next year!
My family and I were super comfortable in this spacious modern home. The location can’t be beat; minutes from Camelback Mountain, breweries, a winery and Premium outlets. We look forward to coming back next year!
Great Location and Space for Children and Indoor Water Parks
The house was a great space for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone and appreciated the queen beds and bunk beds. House was clean and washer/dryer worked great. Everyone always had warm water for showers as well. Check in and out was super easy. Only complaint is I think the oven buttons were all broken except the pizza one, so it would work at 400F but couldnt figure out how to get anything else. Also, the dishwasher didnt clean well. More papertowels and kitchen towels would have been appreciated, but it is a rental so no big deal. Would stay in again!

Family gathering
The photos online are old. The front sidewalk is broken and collapsing. There are big holes in the yard, very unsafe for anyone to be in the yard. The driveway is showing dimples as well. There is a posted sign in the front yard from 2020 stating the house is not approved for rentals. The floors in the house were very dirty and there was just barely enough TP to get us through our stay. It felt very bare bones and as if the house hasn't been used in some time. When we first used any sinks they shot out water due to air in the lines. The few games that were there were random pieces. The internet was spotty. We will not be returning...

We are glad you chose our home and we are sorry your stay was not what you expected. We use local, professional photographers so the listing photos correctly reflect the property. We are aware of some concerns with the sidewalk and are planning on fixing it soon. The water comes from a well so there may be air in the lines when it is first opened. Internet may be spotty due to the wooded area. We were never told of any concerns about cleanliness as when we were in contact the entire time. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable. We do have the correct licensing for our home and there is no sign saying otherwise. While we do not include games as an amenity we do try to leave some in the home. As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.

Fell short of expectations
The place looks great in pictures. It is well set up and located pretty well. However, it was missing basic cleanliness aspects - eg: the dishwasher was full of dirty utensils. Floors and outdoor areas were dirty (not messy, just not cleaned). Backyard is pretty useless since the grass is not cut, is uneven and looked different than advertised.
There were no trash bags or paper towels. When reached out to the property manager / contact person, she simply said go to the super market and buy them; I will refund you for it. I'm not trying to make grocery runs when I'm visiting for the weekend.
The 'board games' / game room which this listing claims to have is just false. It is a bar area with 2 couches and almost all the board games are broken or missing items which makes them useless.
This house is managed by 'Evolve' and feels like a cookie cutter take it or leave it experience as opposed to a true "vacation rental by OWNER" which would probably have a more personal touch.

Ishaan, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you.
- We communicated with you the entire time you were in our home. We even had the cleaner go out and they changed the sheets for you. We're sorry that there were cleanliness issues.
- Evolve gave you a refund, even more than you and I talked about, I'm surprised this did not make you happy.
- We understand you used the freezer and it was not filthy, we apologized about the refrigerator but someone left the door ajar and the back of the unit froze this is what kept it from circulating and running as normal. Both the freezer and refrigerator work fine. You said it was ok and that you could freeze your stuff and then defrost it for use.
- The stove has 2 settings and we talked about this you told me you figured out which setting to use and that it was working fine.
- The garage holds all the garbage and we do not recommend you go in there unless you have garbage to throw away. The reason we do this is it keeps the bears out of the garbage and away from the house.
- We were going to send maintenance out to see about the grill and you let us know that you changed the tank and it worked ok
- The cleaners took care of the couch issue while they were there.
- I've never heard this and it works fine when there are too many people who take showers at the same time it runs the tank dry and the water is cold.
- Heat rises and it's just going to be hotter than downstairs you can control the temperature if you wait until upstairs is cool then change the settings you can keep it cool upstairs and downstairs. The unit is less than a year old.
- We spoke to the cleaner and according to what the cleaner said when she came by to change and they also rewashed the comforter.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Has Potential needs a deep Cleaning
Not the cleanest place by any means. Washer broken and in the hallway. Had to put it back because it blocked the half bath and it had water in it. Would not pump out. With 6 adults and 4 kids you need a washer and dryer. 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel no pot holders and we were there over thanksgiving. Cold water in the master bath sink trickled out.. valve was fully opened. TV cable box in master didn't work. A sock, pretzels, dirt and dust under the couch in the living room. Dust webs all over the entry way lights and bugs over the entry way landing window sill. Dishes were not clean at all so we threw them in the dishwasher and did 3 loads. Not enough hand towels for all the bathrooms. Battery operated Dyson vacuum that was pretty much useless... so that explains the dirt etc on the floors. The broom did a better job. Website pictures are far better.
The place was big enough with plenty of room although only a small dining room table with 5 chairs for a house that sleeps 12. Location was good.

Spacious but not very clean
I would like to preface by saying we enjoyed our vacation here. The house is spacious with enough room for our family of eight.
Unfortunately, we were unhappy with a few things concerning the cleanliness of the home. The rattan place mats on the kitchen table were riddled with dust & mold. After noticing, I removed them from the dining table. I had to then clean the table because the dust from the moldy place settings made the table disgusting.
Also, the floor appeared well dusted but perhaps because of ground-in dirt, our socks and bottoms of feet got covered in black grime. There was also a happy meal toy left under one of the beds from previous tenants. Therefore, I considered the place was not as "clean" as I expected it should be after paying a cleaning fee as part of the rental agreement!
We were also unable to use the half bathroom downstairs near the laundry due to the door not fully closing. We tried propping something against the door for privacy, but there was still a crack because the door would not close evenly.
Additionally, we had to seek out additional towels after the first day and found that some were still left in the dryer. Damp or clammy from sitting in there... I had to re-dry them.
I plan my vacations so that I may relax and not have additional worries & chores to do!
I wrote an email to the owner to express my concerns about the cleanliness of the home because perhaps they use an outside cleaning service or are not local owners but I got a snub of no response. Not even an apology of why I paid for cleaning when it was obviously not completed.
I am a very respectful renter and always leave the homes I rent as tidy as I first arrived. I felt this was unreasonable to walk into a home that wasn't pristine as presented in the photos.
Yes, the photos make the rental appear clean and modern... but when there is obvious mold on the dining table's place mats, my children had to wear shoes in the house because otherwise their feet turned black with grime, and things were left by other tenants under beds... I beg future renters to beware!

Perfect House for a weekend away with friends!
House was very clean - you can tell it is a rental with a little wear and tear but I thought it was expected. The beds were comfortable, showers were clean, kitchen was clean as well. I would of liked additional cleaning supplies.

This house is huge! Much bigger than we thought it would be. It was in a very nice neighborhood!
We came to the Pocono's for our granddaughters wedding at Lake Tobias. We couldn't have chosen a better place and location to stay. It was minutes to Camelback, Lake Tobias, The Crossings Outlet Mall, A grocery store and other places. We will stay here again for sure!
