We had a wonderful stay! The condo complex is beautiful, with excellent BBQ areas, a great pool, two hot tubs, a kids' pool, and it's just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach. The unit was well-equipped, clean, and had everything we needed. One thing that really stood out was the host's responsiveness. We noticed the beach chairs were old and had broken straps, and after letting the host know, they were replaced the very same day. Excellent service! A small but important detail: the Tempur-Pedic adjustable base and mattress made for some of the best sleep we've had in an Airbnb. We'd be happy to stay here again!

The condo was very clean with several unlisted amenities, which was nice. We had some trouble getting the tv working however, as the remote was not an LG for an LG TV. Location was great and the grounds were immaculate. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was comfortable, exactly as described and we had no issues during the stay. Great hosts! When we had questions for the host, we received a response within hours, which was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely gem in Kihei

Excellent property! The place was perfectly located for a romantic stay on Maui. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed for beach days and exploring the island. Resort amenities were also great, and everyone was very friendly.

Perfect Maui Rental

The condo is spacious clean and has all that you need for your perfect Maui vacation! The landscaping is very nicely done and Kamaole Sands is very well located for the beach, restaurants, and shopping as well.

Wonderful location & property

We had an amazing stay at Annita's place. The unit was in perfect condition and a great spot near the pool. We loved the location right near Kamaole but also just minutes to Wailea. Annita was very communicative in the days leading up to our stay and throughout, which we appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It also had a well stocked kitchen and all the beach equipment one would need. Definitely recommend, and would be happy to return!

Nice and Cozy place to stay

It was a great condo to stay in, and also Kamaole Sands was a well managed property! The condo was clean and nice. It had A/C in the bedroom and living room, updated Kitchen and cozy living room. It had two bathrooms which was really noce to have! All in all great stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this property during our stay. Easy to get there, great accessibility to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Annita was very helpful with her messages that helped us to get settled in. Absolute Perfection

This condo had everything we needed - perfectly manicured grounds , great pool area , everything you need for the beach - chairs , umbrella , beach towels , and GREAT LOCATION ! Shops and restaurants in walking distance as well as your choice of beach for the perfect sunset as well as beach day ! (3 beaches with parking for you to choose from ) Plan to stay there again ! Loved everything about it !

Nice Place for Quick Trip

The entire process was painless, but the sheets didn't appear to be cleaned prior to our stay. Luckily there were extra sheets so that was a non-issue. Close to the beach with a nice patio to relax on every night.
