Great Place

The property is even better than the pictures. The house has been completely renovated and offers a great place to stay. We enjoyed starting and ending our days in the covered porch looking at the lake and the mountains.

5-star accommodations. Beautiful home with great furnishings. Super customer service. Great location to visit the WNC area, the National Park and Cherokee, the GSM RailRoad and the local shops. We hope to return.We left a suggestion for the host in the guest book at the house. Very happy customers.

We were in Junaluska for a church conference and this was the perfect place. Laura was amazing to work with and the house was beautiful. Laura thought of everything. I usually don’t go anywhere without a stain remover and I forgot mine but there was some at the house. :). There was just a very homey feeling and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time on our sister's trip, the home was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and quiet. I sent a message asking if a crockpot was available and Laura quickly replied she would make sure there was one in the kitchen when we arrived. The towels were fluffy, oversized and plentiful. We give a thumbs up for the comfortable beds, kitchenware and location. It's a great place to stay whether as a family, friends or even a solo trip as the area felt very safe and quiet with very little traffic noise. We were very pleased with our stay at Sagewood Cottage.

The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for my husband, adult daughter and I. The porch offers several sitting options and has a view of the mountains and a little bit of the lake. The location was close to the grocery store and other amenities. The kitchen had enough place settings for at least 6 people. The cutting knives, scissors, pots, pans etc were all very good quality. The house is very well maintained and there are lights everywhere you might need them. There is a little road noise, but it isn’t too bad. The live plants inside were a very nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.
